There’s a big difference. Throughout my career, I’ve led technical and software development teams of up to 40 people. I wasn’t their HR manager; I was the person responsible for getting everyone to pull in the same direction to hit a goal. • Operational Roots: My time as Operations Manager at FASTSIGNS taught me the importance of the end-to-end process—from a creative concept to the final, precise installation.
